With our Flexible Broadband Plans you can rest easy.  No matter how much you surf or download, you won’t be charged for excess usage. Once your monthly data allowance is reached, your broadband internet speed is simply reduced for the remainder of the month.

Things you should know about iPrimus Broadband 2+:

1. Superfast broadband consumer grade residential internet service. Actual speeds vary and may be affected by your location and equipment, the source of your download and the level of internet traffic.
2. Not available in all areas nor to all customers. ADSL2+ is available only to eligible iPrimus residential customers who are located in the area of an iPrimus ADSL2+ enabled exchange and are directly connected to the iPrimus network. iPrimus cannot at present provide this service on a Fast Transfer or to customers transferring from networks other than Telstra.
3. Available only to customers who have an existing telephone service.
4. No excess data charge - speed will be limited to dialup speed for the balance of a billing cycle in which either the peak or off peak data allowance is exceeded. Peak period is noon to midnight and off peak is midnight to noon.
5. Data allowance includes uploads and downloads.
6. You can "Top Up" your data allowance in any month. Cost and terms see: http://iprimus.com.au/PrimusWeb/HomeSolutions/AdditionalServices/Broadband+TopUps.htm.
7. You need an iPrimus approved ADSL2+ capable modem. A $9.95 modem delivery fee applies if you order a modem from us.
8. Bundled price available when you combine broadband with an iPrimus Value or Family home phone plan under a 12 or 24 month contract (except Big Kahuna which is only available on a 24 month contract). If you cancel or transfer either the telephone or internet component, iPrimus may suspend or terminate both services and you may be liable for early termination fees and need to recontract for a standalone service.

10. Direct Debit: A $2.50 administration fee applies to accounts not paid by direct debit.

12. As part of your plan you can obtain up to 5 iPrimus email addresses. Each mailbox is 10MB in size and you can send individual emails of up to 2MB per email.
13. You have the flexibility to move between iPrimus ADSL2+ plans without a plan change fee. If you are an existing iPrimus broadband customer, you can upgrade to iPrimus ADSL2+ for a 12 or 24 month term (except Big Kahuna which is only available on a 24 month term), without set up charge.
14. It is your responsibility to check the terms of any existing contract you may have with another supplier. If you are transferring a service to iPrimus, there may be consequences under an existing contract.
